ABOUT WILL HARDCASTLE
From an early age, Will Hardcastle was fascinated by boats. Drawn to the sea, he accompanied his father, a Welsh ship captain, on voyages, and at home, designed and built model boats with his grandfather. Later, his passion for yachts in particular materialised when he learnt to sail.
Now with over four decades in experience at the helm both at sea and behind the drawing board, Will's vast knowledge of the relationship between a yacht, the ocean and the wind has seen him become a master naval architect with a highly varied portfolio. The refined aesthetic and impressive physical performance of Will's designs are products of great thought, attention to detail and his artistic eye.
